This UPX GUI ( working with UPX version 1.25w ) has a simple one-button operation, using the recommended two best settings with automatic comparison, and supports drag and drop for easy use.
 This installation file comes complete with the required UPX distribution which is preserved intact. This release was tested on Windows XP SP2.
UPX is an executable packer - this GUI uses the windows console version. It can reduce the size of executable files substantially.
UPX itself is available from upx.sourceforge.net, and is released under the GNU GPL. It's not actually altered in any way by this GUI, and is provided with it simply as a convenience.
